Windows 2003 Server defaults to a "IE Enhanced security mode", which is great for users, but technically, regular users should not be logging onto a server. So, on servers that only admins log onto, here are instructions for disabling the service.
There are also instructions for disabling/enabling it only for certain groups (users vs. admins).
