Internet Explorer 7 is now in open beta format. It includes some neat new features (tabbed browsing, anti-phishing filter, easier to reset defaults) but lacks a bit in the "upgradability" department (they moved quite a few of the buttons and shortcuts.
One neat new feature is RSS support: just enter a site that has an RSS feed, and it prompts you to subscribe to the feed. Then view your feed center and see what's new in each RSS.
