Security firm: IE patch does not work | CNET News.com Oh, this is comforting. Microsoft is releasing patches that don't actually patch now? I was used to the patches being needed, and the OS being insecure at start, but if we can't even secure it as it matures, what's the point? Ah, if only Linux jobs paid well enough.
